Getting Legit

So I’ve decided that a sub domain on my own site is a better home for the Craft Culture blog than the one given to me by the podcasting service that allows you guys to listen to it. That will still be there so it’s searchable but for all the really good stuff this will be the place to be.

I’ve published the first podcast already and there is a player in the sidebar here if you’d like to listen to the current podcast but you can also find it on iTunes now. You’ll need to search for ‘craftculture’ (all one word) for it to show up because I’m still working the kinks out on how to edit the information in iTunes so I can have a cover image and the actual information for the podcast. I’m still sort of feeling my way around this podcasting thing so bear with me and hopefully some day soon this will be awesome.

In the next podcast: I interview my friend Laura who is a Harry Potter fanatic and active fan knitter for not just Harry Potter related things but other t.v. shows/movies/books as well. We’ll discuss why she thinks certain topics are more popular than others and why I think certain people are drawn to this kind of crafting in general. Hopefully we’ll get that one recorded in the coming week and will  have it available for you all soon!

Again, if you would like to be on the podcast please let me know. I don’t care what kind of crafting you do or how well you do it, if you’re passionate about it and want to talk to me about it than I want to talk to you about it. Email craftculturepodcast@gmail.com or leave a comment on this blog and let me know you’re interested!
